Built on trust in El Poblado
Andrés Restrepo founded ProBuild in 2015 targeting a gap in the market: expats and international businesses in Medellín who needed a contractor that could communicate clearly in English.
The bilingual approach opened doors. ProBuild grew through the expat community in El Poblado, became the contractor of choice for Airbnb hosts renovating properties, and expanded to commercial clients in the business district.
Today ProBuild has a team of 15 specialists and has completed over 350 projects. The English-first approach remains our competitive advantage in Medellín's international market.
